DIASCA Income Working Group: Advancing the Livelihoods Risk Framework

In our last session, we aligned on the indicator set that anchors DIASCA’s emerging livelihoods‑risk framework. This next meeting will build on that foundation by reviewing the evolution of the indicators and framing, and ensuring shared understanding of how the structural conditions come together to form a coherent, origin‑level risk architecture. As due‑diligence expectations sharpen, this work is essential for establishing a practical, defensible approach to identifying and prioritizing livelihoods‑related risks across diverse supply bases.

This session is designed for experts and senior leaders who guide risk assessment, sourcing strategy, assurance requirements, and sector alignment. Together, we will strengthen coherence across the indicator set, clarify the structural signals and boundaries, and confirm that the framework provides the level of rigor, comparability, and usability needed for real‑world decision‑making.
